The entire opening process is coordinated by us—we provide designs and place equipment orders on behalf of the client. Potential franchisees do not need prior experience—we will provide all necessary knowledge during training. For us, commitment to running the business is the most important factor.
Joining the network under a franchise agreement does not require significant capital. We are the only company that does not charge a licensing fee for joining the network. Our franchise is fully deposit-based, meaning the client does not pay for the stock in the store. We equip the store with computer hardware, software, a fiscal printer, and a payment terminal.

This includes ongoing cooperation between each franchise store and a Regional Sales Manager, who regularly visits the store and reports on these visits. Our internal allocation department ensures optimal stock levels aligned with the store’s sales potential. We are also flexible when it comes to our partners' individual ideas—whether they want to engage in local market initiatives or events. Additionally, we implement a wide range of marketing strategies that directly support sales and are highly appreciated by customers.
Every ESOTIQ store is part of a unified network—its design must maintain consistency. Our partners benefit from the services of our designers to arrange their store layout. The goal is to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for customers while maintaining an optimal display of merchandise to promote strong sales performance.
INFORMATION FOR FRANCHISEES
• The cost of adapting the store depends on the condition of the premises and the scope of necessary modifications.
• Basic Network Requirements: The company is interested in opening stores in selected cities with a population of over 20,000 inhabitants.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
• A premises with an area of 50-70 m² (depending on the commercial potential of the city).
• An attractive location (a spot with the best commercial potential in the given city).
• Willingness to adapt the premises in accordance with the network's requirements.
• Adequate financial resources to cover the initial investment costs.
• Professionalism and the necessary expertise to run the store.
COOPERATION PRINCIPLES
• The franchisee, while operating a sales point under the Esotiq brand, is required to strictly adhere to the standards and procedures established by Esotiq & Henderson S.A. within the network.
• No need to invest funds in stocking the store – all merchandise in the store remains the property of Esotiq & Henderson S.A.
• Esotiq & Henderson S.A. guarantees optimal stock levels in terms of both quantity and quality, based on the store's capacity.
• Product deliveries are made via a courier service at the expense of Esotiq & Henderson S.A.
• The franchisee earns a commission on sales. The commission remains fixed throughout the entire duration of the contract, even during sale periods.
• Esotiq & Henderson S.A. covers the cost of computer equipment, a fiscal printer, and a payment terminal.
• The franchise store is a fully integrated unit within the network – prices and promotional campaigns are identical to those in other locations.
• Esotiq & Henderson S.A. ensures professional support for the store through a Regional Sales Manager, a Visual Merchandiser, and a team of specialists from the company’s headquarters.
