Please be advised that from 1 September, you can once again return online purchases to our stores*.


Online purchases returns – 30 days to decide
 

If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving a reason.

 

Free returns at online stores – it's easy!
 

1. Prepare your online order number and the products you wish to return

2. Go to your nearest ESOTIQ store and return the products at the checkout.

3. When returning items at an Esotiq store - there is no need to fill out an online return form.

 

Returns at a parcel locker
 

  1. 1. Fill in the electronic online return form
     
  2. 2. Pack the product and enclose the withdrawal form received in the return email.
     
  3. 3. Send the parcel from any InPost parcel locker – free of charge!

 

 

Independent shipment at your own expense
 

1. Print and complete  the withdrawal form

2. Pack the products to be returned together with the form
Note: If you are returning products from several orders in one shipment, pack the items from each order separately (e.g. in separate bags) and enclose separate return forms with them.

3. Send the parcel to the following address:

Returns of in-store purchases>
 

Products purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days only at the store where the purchase was made. Returns are processed using an ESOTIQ refund card. Returns or exchanges are subject to presentation of the receipt, original tags and products without any signs of use. For hygiene reasons, underwear and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.


Complaints
 

Complaints about products purchased online

To make a complaint:

  1. 1. Send an e-mail to: bok@esotiq.com
  2. 2. Please provide:
    • Your first and last name
    • E-mail address for correspondence
    • Order number
    • Product name and index number (found on the label)
    • Description of the defect
  3. 3. Attach photos:
    • Of the entire product
    • Location of the defect
    • Labels (if any)

Failure to provide the above information may prevent your claim from being processed.

Complaints about products purchased at the ESOTIQ store

Complaints are only accepted at the store where the purchase was made.

 

* The return cannot be made in the store in the Blue City Shopping Center, 02-222 Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 179
